Bottle (apparently very fresh). Pours with a smallish white head over a clear golden body. Aroma is malty and bready (reminds me of walking into Stone’s brewery), with a decently nice hop presence in the back ground with mainly grass and mango aromas. Honey and biscuit as well. Taste is mango, herbal and grassy hops up front, followed by honey biscuit and bready aftertaste with notes of straw. Exceptionally nice hop profile and presence for a bitter. Solid sweetness as well. Light bubbles, dry. Excellent summer beer. Very good, fresh sample, I like it!

Unfiltered amber coloured body with a nice bright tan head. Aroma of malt with a bit of nuts and some mild hops. Nice full-bodied taste; Strong malt up front with nuts and a touch of hops, not much in this one though. Aftertaste shows some mild flavours, but not much complexity. Overall, a decent beer - but not great. I sampled this beer on draught at Henry’s 12th St Tavern in Portland, Oregon on 09-September-2006.

Thanks to Homerwantsbeer for sharing a bottle. This beer is a lightly clouded yellow-gold color with a medium thin and bubbly white head that dissipates steadily. Top ring of lacing with rings underneath. The aroma is hoppy with notes of caramel and citrus. Medium, clean body with flavors of caramel malt, peach and light hops. The finish is lightly hoppy with a touch of lemon zing in the aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
