Tutta la carica aromatica di una IPA poggiata su un letto di malti scuri. Ha un ampio spettro di profumi che vanno dalla menta alla resina di pino, dal cacao tostato alla buccia di agrumi. Amara e piccante ma anche ben bilanciata. Mai giudicare solamente con gli occhi.

Almost black, small head. Fudge aroma, slightly burnt. Sweet, oily and fruity taste with lingering bitterness behind. Alcohol well hidden.

Svart med lavt beige skum. Mørk sjokolade, salt lakris, humle, og noe lukt av mørke frukter. Salt og bitter smak av lakris og humle. Fyldig. Lite kullsyre. Kort. Moktober – Oslo Ompafrie Ølfestival

Bottle from Systembolaget. Almost black with a tan head. Aroma and taste of licorice, grapefruit, hops, light malt and grass. Well hidden alcohol and with a medium bitter finish. A descent one.

Bottle at home. The colour is black with a medium, light brown head. Has a sweet and roasted aroma with chocolate, coffee, pine, grapefruit and fruity hops in the background. The flavour is fruity at first with lots of tropical fruits, pine and grapefruit, and then fades into roasted malt and tones of coffee beans. Has a slick and rich mouth feel, and a medium bitterness. A well-balanced, a bit sweet and nice BIPA. Solid bitterness as well.

Keg at BrewDog, Stockholm. Very dark brown, small head. The aroma contains licorice, menthe and licorice. Mid sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, licorice, grapefruit and pears. Really bitter finish.

Dark brown color. Big hoppy nose with dark fruit, roasted malt, very full body. Smooth and rich. Nice roster malt character. Alcohol well hidden.

0,33L bottle, BB 30.04.15. Pours dark brown-black with tan head. The head stays for some time. Aroma is roast, hops, licorice. Flavor is roast, licorice, dark chocolate notes, with touch of fruits. Finish is dry roast bitter. Overall: very nice brew.

On tap at Crowbar. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is berries, roasted malt, coffee, alcohol. Flavour is berries, roasted malt, coffee, alcohol, caramel, orange, peaches. Nice beer.

Body: Medium body and carbonation.

Bottle 33 cl. Bb 30/01-15. Black with a short-lived lightbrown head. Chocolate aroma, roasted malt and dark fruits. Light bitter, medium sweet with a soft chocolate end.
