Okay gold body and modest foam, big floral hops on the nose and some sweet grain. Flavour is more sweet grain, way too much sugar, floral lager hops. Sugar lingers in a very bad way. This needs work.

Bottle - Light bready and a touch of spice. Clear gold with a decent white head. Bready, baking spices and a sweetness in the finish. A bit estery but a decent belgian strong.

On tap at Trading Post, pours a hazy golden with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out lots of esters, with candied sugar and floral Belgian yeast. Flavour is quite sweet, with candied sugar, floral esters, Belgian yeast and sweet malt. Not authentic at all, and way too sweet and estery. Not convincing.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy golden color with no head. American yeast, fake like Posh tits, a bit spicy, woody, estery, but definitively cloying, and with some vegetable bitterness.
Unpleasant.
