Modest white foam on a clear white body, very soft acidic pear smell and not coming across as sweet. Flavour is earthy pear with vanilla notes, chewy. Full mouthfeel with good crispness. Some nice elements here but the pear isn't doing as much as it should.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy very pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart pears, light acidity and some wild yeast. Flavour is quite wild, with a nice farmhouse wild yeast character upfront, and gentle acidity. Wild and complex. Really good.

500ml bottle at Brian's after Erik's, lol. Pours a hazy pale blonde with no head. Aroma is tart fruits. Taste is very tart with fruity notes. Too tart for me.

Pale yellow colour, cloudy. Nice perry aroma, light funk; dry but smooth mouthfeel, delicate pear flavour, lightly sulfuric.
Uncomplicated, but pleasant.

Bottle - Farmhouse green skin notes. Cloudy grey yellow with almost no head. Skin, touch of farmhouse and a light finish. Not very sweet which is unusual.
