A golden classic enhanced by dry-hopping with German spalt, huell melon and nelson sauvin. We supplemented the light pomme fruitiness of the kolsch yeast with 300lbs of fresh anjou pears adding their luscious flavour and a boost of body to this crushable German style.

Draft - Light pear sweet notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Pear and a dirty yeasty note.
