Soft light gold body, little foam. Musty sweet apple on the nose, some caramel and twig. Flavour is bitter apple, some dry skin notes, soft wood, some sweet burlap sack. Very dry finish with a woody aftertaste and some boozy notes. Not bad, a little more complex than your usual B.C. backyard cider.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry, crisp apples, with a touch of a farmhouse character. Flavour is bone dry, with crisp apples, a bit of farmhouse character and some earthy, musty, BO-like notes. Bone dry and crisp finish. Nothing special, but a bit above average for BC ciders.
