Bottle - Funky with a yogurt notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Funky and again some cheesy light notes.

On tap at Field House, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out farmhouse yeast, a touch of funk and light earthiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with a nice mix of authentic saison yeast and farmhouse funk. The yarrow is fairly prominent, offering a nice floral overtone to the whole thing. Complex and well-designed. Very good.
