Bottle dated 6.8.2014. Aroma of burnt malts, dark chocolate, molasses, coffee, hops. Flavour is quite roasty, medium sweetness, with some bitterness in the finish. First Czech RIS I’ve had and it’s no disappointment.

Bottle shared at HBF 2023. Poured black in color. Slightly ashy and roasty aroma, chocolate and lots of licorice. Dry and quite tasty really.

On tap at Craft House Prague, pours black with a small brown head. Nose brings out rich roasted malt, with some espresso and dark cocoa. Flavour is rich, with loads of roast, lots of dark chocolate, and espresso. Viscous as hell, with an oily palate. Very nice.

The beer starts interesting sourish fresh. Malty body with a nice sourish malty bittered aftertaste. Not too deep, woody sour cherries, sourish malt, round but a bit strange.
