Solsletta KYGG 311218. Black color with a tan head.Flavor is roasted malt, chocolate, oak, whiskey, caramel, vanilla, coffee, licorice, alcohol. Full body. Very nice beer.

From a bomber purchased at the brewery. Pours black with a dark tan head. Aromas of molasses and dark pit fruits. Flavors are more sweetness and better roast. Yum.

650ml bottle. Jet black colour with small, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige to tan head. Rich, dark malty aroma, notes of molasses, treacle, caramel, a touch of oak, peaty overtones with a touch of leather, whiffs of brandy. Taste is sweet-ish, dark malty, notes of molasses, treacle, caramel, hints of peat, oak, leather, burnt caramel, a brandy-like alcoholic touch; lingering, slightly sticky, sweet-ish malty finish. Full body, creamy-oily texture, smooth, super-soft, silky palate. Clean, homogeneous, perfectly crafted.

Sampled at Ace & Kees festival. Very dark brown with brown head. Lots of roast, coffee, licorice, whisky, sweet vanilla oak, booze, dry wood, earthy. Over medium sweet and medium bitter. Full bodied with a bit boozy finish. Good.
