On tap at Figurehead, pours a clear pale copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, some residual sweetness and light cereal malt. Flavour brings out Belgian yeast, rustic farmhouse notes and light cereal. Not a huge amount of depth, but it's clean and balanced. Solid.

Draft pour at Figurehead, during their opening weekend celebration. Rating from notes. Clear and shiny golden pour with a halo fizz head. Soft banana to this. Has a dry champagne like yeast as well, that covers the straw grain finish. Fun to try this unique style in a tiny brewery just opening in Seattle. With these unique beers coming out right away, I really think they have something going here. UPDATE - Retry month 2017. Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Still love the style being so unique around here. Same impressions the second time around, but a bit more refreshing. Good stuff.
