On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is grass and lemon zest. Medium body, grass, skunk, light bitterness, good.

On tap at Rooftop, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light grassy notes and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with notes of grassy hops and crisp biscuity malt. Not very deep or biting. Underwhelming even for a pils. Meh.

Andrew is so wrong on this, no butter. It’s hoppy, sharp white bread malts. Very noble hoppiness. Definitely comes off as clean than a lager. Decent hoppy blond that is ale-like.

Pilsner style ale? My head hurts. What does this even mean. Is it an ale or lager. Draft pint at the new brewery. Clear golden pour, enjoying this brewery for the first time with Eugene. Grainy aroma. Flavor is grainy up front, with soft hops and a big butter feature. Huge butter. Sorry Eugene. It’s there. Thick body, easy finish. Average lager. I’ve never used the term meh before, but... meh.
