Black colour. Lean body, moderate sweetness, nectarous chocolate, with bourbon, vanilla, possibly rum, no tequila, bit of wood or cork, nice warmth.

500ml bottle (thx, Leon!) at Alex's. ABV is 13.1%. Pours a very dark brown with brown head. Aroma is bourbon, fruitiness (from rum?). Similar taste with lots of bourbon and fruity rum notes. Very good, despite it is a bit harsh.

Bottle - Bourbon Barrel notes and some toast. Jetblack with a decent be Down head. Dark sugars and bourbon notes. Little bit boozy but none of the tequila or rum notes.

On tap at 2018 Dark Arts. Pours a pitch black color. A huge sweet barrel nose, rum shines. Hot, beastly, tropical sweet rum, roast, fruity hot base, vanilla, oak. Mixes in quite well and makes a smooth but hot beer. Great.

On tap at Noble Fir, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, a bit of chocolate and some burnt notes - not very inviting. Flavour of slightly sweet chocolate malt, medium roasted malt and dry cocoa. Medium-bodied, with a dry roasty palate. Good stuff, but fairly standard impie stout.
