Poured from the tap. Clear blonde with small white head. Gentle jalapeño, apple, hint of lime and salt, decent balance.

Draught at Dageraad, Burnaby
Hazy blond colour. It's supposed to be with peppers, but I get apple and tequila aroma. Dry but not weak, moderate acidity, mild cider flavour, with some apple juice, some tequila, lemon peel, and light salt.
Nice cocktail.

On tap at Dageraad, pours a clear yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp green apples, with plenty of skin, and maybe a hint of salt. Flavour is punchy, with plenty of salt, gentle lacto, crisp apple skins, and barely a trace of the peppers. Bright, spritzy and salty finish. Solid oddity of a cider.

Bottle - Spicy heat, apple and some light grass. Clear pale gold with a rich white head. Sour, salty and heat. Complex and quite interesting
