Wild Canadian cranberries can be found growing on low-lying vines in beds created by alpine glacial deposits. The addition of Canadian cranberries to our kettle sour made with fresh Rocky Mountain water gives you a tart and crisp beer to enjoy anytime.

On tap at Folding Mountain, pours a clear rich red with a small pink head. Aroma brings out a tart cranberry upfront, with a touch of lacto. Flavour is tart and jammy, with lots of tart cranberries upfront, moderate jamminess, and some lacto. Very nice cranberry character. Good stuff.

473ml can. Pours a clear red with a medium, foamy, long lasting, pink head that laces. Mild aroma of crackery pale malt, earthy yeast, lacto and light cranberry. Semi-sweet flavour of crackery pale malt, cranberry, yeast, lemon, floral hops and lacto in a dry, slightly tart finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and soft carbonation. Not bad, just really weak.

Bottle - Craberry and some odd notes, clear ruby red with a small white head. Soured cranberry, tart and a bit squeaky.
