On tap at the brewery. Hazy orange with white head. Lots of peaches, nice intensive peaches, funk, juicy tartness, oak, sweetish. Smooth texture.

Orange body, with a small, white head. Aroma of peach, jam, moderate funk, some vinegar. Tastes similar. Medium mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes medium acidic, fruity, a bit funky, with stone fruits. Quite peach-forward, almost jammy, while with enough acidity for a great balance. Lovely stuff! Score: 8 / 4 / 9 / 4 / 17

0,75l bottle at home. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells peaches, light joghurt, grassy, earthy, bit lactic. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes peaches, peppery, spices. finishes dry and medium sour with notes of peaches, and spices. Lactic notes, grassy and peaches. Rather on the lactic sour side, good not great

Oakes' Manor tasting
Hazy blond color. Light peach aroma, quite sour, a bit acetic, with light peach and no complexity.
Decent but not the best from Holy Mountain.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lightly acidic peaches, with light oak and a touch of brett. Flavour is along the same lines, with plenty of fresh peaches, followed by light oak and subtle wild yeast. Fresh and well-balanced. Excellent.

750ml bottle at Josh's on his 20k party. Pours a hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma is funky with some vanilla and stone fruit notes. A bit creamy. Similar taste. Good one.

Little bit of haze, maybe some dull straw. There's a fair bit of brett with a fresh pale malt character. Quite rich wood. This has a really bright peach character, lots of brett, moderate tartness, light sweetness. Quite woody towards the finish. Lots of complexity. Typical amazing Holy Mountain.
