Brilliant choice! We designed our red sour to be deliciously approachable with the addition of local blackberries to the fermentation. The result is a sour with just the right level of pucker, balanced by a medium body with blackberry notes that follow closely behind.

Our Elemental Series is the culmination of our commitment to experimentation and innovation. Available for a short time and in limited quantities, this is an invitation into the lab that you won’t want to miss!

Bottle - Dark red berry. Deep amber with a rich beige head. Dark and sweet with some earthy notes. Earthy note from the yeast is in there as well, and honestly not a fan of that flavor profile. Decent and balanced otherwise.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a deep dark red with a small beige head. Aroma brings out tart red fruits, light vanilla and a touch of vanilla. Flavour is moderately tart, with tart red fruits, some light balsamic, and a little vanilla. Worcestershire buried underneath, with a balsamic finish. Good stuff.
