Brewed with Pilsner malt, oat malt, and a touch of melanoidin malt, and hopped in the boil with Sterling and Chinook. This beer was fermented with a favourite brett strain of ours which gives notes of bright lemon and farmhouse funk. After fermentation, we naturally carbonated the beer in can using champagne yeast, giving a nice tight effervescence.
The result is bright, funky, and super dry, with notes of hay and lemon sherbet

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Draft - Funky and earthy notes. Clearish gold with almost no head. Earthy and woody yeast. Not my thing.
