Taster at the brewery. Pours a hazy, orange color, with a small, bubbly head. The aroma is coriander, orange peel, butterscotch, lime, and straw. Sweet and sugary, with a touch pf acidic tartness. Light body, with a sharp, chewy palate. This is a quality witbier.

Pour looks more like a hazy IPA than a wit. Aroma is some wheat malt and a bit of ginger but nothing is standing out. Flavor is more chewy wheat malt, some small hints of jasmine and ginger. This had a unique flavor that was different from the typical wit. The adjuncts used saved this one.

Draft - Perfume and sweet banana. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Soft banana and citrus.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear pale straw with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some earthy wheat and clove with some banana and light fruit underlying. Flavor combines wheat and hay with some clove and banana backing.

On tap at Bottlecraft North Park. Hazy golden/yellow with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, herbs, some ginger and lime. Similar taste. The body was around medium. An ok one.
