A full on USA hop explosion, with Columbus, Williamette, Galaxy & Citra combining beautifully with clear Loch Ness Water & 'Nessie'- our very own yeast strain. Hits of bright gold, with pine & citrus aromas & flavours, balanced by a malty sweetness.
