Bottled. An amber beer with a hazy of sediment under an orangey head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of nuts, caramel, alcohol, and some malt, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. A very simple Quad.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of MiP. Pours a cloudy orangey brown with floating impurities and a creamy and lacig beige head. Aroma of roasted malts and dried fruits. Solid body, lots of dark dried fruits and a little licorice - well quite some licorice actually. Surprisingly hoppy finish with some warming alcohol. Nice one. 141109

Bottle, 10%. Vinous aroma, a little peppery. Muddy dark brown colour. Good stable light brown head. Good roasted flavour, slightly sweet. Hint of yeast, some liquorice. Quite harmonious in spite of the strength.
