Cloudy brown pour, tiny beige head. Aroma is tart, dark fruit, plums, and light balsamic notes. Hints if wood, and funk. Watery mouth feel, almost flat carb. Finish is very acidic, very low bitterness. Tart, funk fruit notes, hints of cherries and more plums with light vinegar overtones.

At a tasting, many thanks, almost no head, murky palish brown color, aroma of apple and apple vinegar with spice and vinous hints, flavor of red wine vinegar, plums, vinous notes, caramel and some woodiness, quite strong but mellow sourness. Really nice and highly enjoyable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Thanks Tom L. Hazy amber-brown. Apple vinegar, oak, malt, vinous, a bit of balsamic vinegar, caramel, fruitiness, cobwebs, sour-sweetish, medium-bodied. Very good.

Bottle - Soured cherry and dark oak notes. Deep clear amber with a decent white head. Sweet and soured cherry notes. Light sourness and cherry in the finish.
