Bottle thanks to Will. Pours a cloudy copper pink with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong raspberry, oak, funk. Thin body, tart berry, light oak, yogurt, light funk, very nice.

750mL bottle, pours a dark cherry red with a small off-white head. Aroma is loaded with raspberries, light tartness and a touch of sweetness. Flavour is super cherry-dominated, with an impeccable depth, light sweetness and a touch of oak. Perfectly tart and so deep on the cherries. Excellent.

750 mL bottle picked up at the brewery. Likely the most appealing beer for my taste, that Holy Mountain has put together, I’m feeling pretty good about being able to bring this one home. Raspberry being one of my all time favorite flavors in this world, this beer was going to be good, no matter what. A glowing, cranberry red pour with a head that fades in the blink of an eye. Intense raspberry tart aroma here. I hadn’t even pried the cap off this all the way, before I was greeted with a wave of fresh raspberries. Quite the polite introduction this one has. Very juicy up front. Raspberry dominant, but a cranberry like sour to it. If I was told there was cranberry in this, I wouldn’t question it. A very nice level of sour here. Tart, but remains very refreshing. A good in between. An absolute pleasure to sit and sip this throughout the night. This was really quite the treat. It’s too bad that a beer just like this isn’t available all the time. Overall, an incredible sour, and one of the more memorable from these guys.
