Dig the dab-alicious, savor the stank, Leafy Greens presents an increase by orders of magnitude in dab-aliciousness. Certain hops, particularly CTZ, are known for their familiar, pungent aroma. Scientific examination has proven that Humulus Lupulus is a member of the Cannabaceae Family, which may explain its dab-alicious aromas and flavors. Ponder these branches of the family tree while enjoying this mellow IPA with friends, music, solid visuals and readily available munchies.

Project Humulus Lupulus is a rotating series of hop centric beers which pushes the boundaries of brewing creativity. These beers allow our brewers to get innovative and crazy, all while creating a dance party on our taste buds. Although the recipes will change, one constant will remain: pure hop tastiness.

Lemon mostly. Plenty of booze and some marmalade. Probably has some age to it. Dark copper pour with decent head. Bittersweet and boozy end. Can.

Pint can pours with a crystal clear pure gold colored body that supports a thin head of white foam. The modest aroma offers up orange and tangelo like citrus bleeding over to a thin cloud of garlic like dankness. The taste delivers a nice blend of juicy citrus orange juice like juicy hops and grapefruit citrus hop bitterness. It doesn't get too deep or chewy but rather has a thinnish body. Another sip reveals a modest level of spicy garlic hop bitterness that creates a pleasing balance up against the citrus hoppiness. As it warms a tad the hoppiness picks up a floral hop like sensation. Solid IPA.

The Aromas are cucumbers, tea, Hops and caramel malt. Flavors are fairly balanced, sweet up front with a little bitter in The Finish, good carbonation but none of the weed characteristics they claim. Okay beer not great.

Pour is a clear copper with a large white head. Aroma is caramel malt and lots of red berry. Flavor is a dark earthy hop with a caramel malt backbone. I also get some sweet strawberry after the swallow. Not one of this brewers best efforts but this is also not my cup of tea IPA. A little too much malt presence but I did enjoy the fresh berry in the taste and aroma.

On tap at Growler Guys, Meridian. Clear deep golden with a faint thin white head. Nice piney resinous hop aroams and flavors. Some dank mustiness as well. Full and sturdy. Moderately bitter. Just OK
