Taster showing dark red with sparse white foam.

The nose shows moderately intense notes of ripe juicy strawberries.

The palate is lightly carbonated and medium bodied. Highly tart with strawberry forwardness with a light jamminess and more strawberries on the finish.

Bottle from Beers of Europe and drunk at home. Peachy-pink colour, hazy and flat. Musty aroma with wafts of strawberry aroma, wild herbs, dried grass, light must. Taste is intensely tart with more underripe strawberry, tart grape and blueberry, kumquat peel. Long sourness in the finish. Oily body, no carbonation. Delicious.

Bottle at Gainsbar. Aroma is strawberry, sourness. Nice sweet fruity smell. Taste is very sour at the start, then the strawberry comes in. Pretty nice, but it's a once a year beer I think as I am not sure how well the flavours combine for me.

My 300th beer. Indeed a special one. Strawberries off course in both aroma and taste. Also citrus, vanilla and oak. Sour with still some sweetness left. Good, sour lambic, but not too complex, the strawberry dominates.

Bottle in garden, 5th July 19. Pours a rich golden honey colour, no head, no bubbles. Aroma is lambic, funk, fruit, berries. Taste is super intense, sharp, full, but soft, acidic, powerful, funk, must, sour strawberry. Fantastic stuff.
