Hazy blond with no head. Aroma is like a lambiek with a little strawberry. Flavour is similar but much more intense. Strawberry sour candy. Lingering tart finish.

Bottle. Nose is strawberry, floral, lemon, wheat, earthy, slight farmyard, perfume, Taste is lightly sour, green apple, dry strawberry, raspberry tea, heavy funk, big sweet floral brett, lemon, wheat, grass, oak, wet straw. Mouthfeel is sharp and thin. It's a delicious lambic with the strawberry delicately complimenting the beer not dominating.

Light orange with golden hints, slightly hazy. Absolutely no head to speak of, even with hard pouring. Smells of wild strawberries, kind on the overripe side, with a soft, sweetish/sugary funkiness that kind of reminds of a faro, or maybe of that wetty feel when it rains in the woods. It's hard to find words for this. Also shows a bit of citric notes and a light oak character. Definitely interesting. Peculiar in the taste as well. Starts soft and sweet with strawberry, that wet but also sweetish feel and then it quickly gets seriously sharp with lemon and aggressive sourness. Finishes sharply sour with an almost spicy feel that i never got in any other fruit lambic. Overall highly sour, even per style. Medium bodied with no carbonation at all, you're all alone with a beer that is definitely not looking for self-restraint. If you are looking for a domesticated lambic, look elsewhere. This is a strong, very interesting experience. The score isn't so high as the aggressive sourness and total lack of carbonation make this a not easily enjoyable slow sipper. However, this is surely authentic.

375ml bottle at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours crisp light amber with no foam. Aroma is nice of sir beer and fruity. Body is fairly dense with no carbonation (some time tickling at first). Taste is intensely sour with some nice sweetness. Finish is long and sour, a little spiced.
