Draught @ Taproom De Ranke. Pours a deep unclear red, off-white pinkish ring atop. Fresh, vibrant, fresh-picked wild cherry nose. Flavour profile has a wonderfully prickly wild sour character entertaining a fruity cherry presence. Fresh, lively and flavoursome kriek. Really good.

750ml courtest of the sloval sniper. Nice fruity, funky aroma, the kriek is quite subtle, but the funky, barnyard aromas are very present. The carb is quite active, and the mouth feel is very lively. There is what seems to be a strong mineral finish mixed in with the funk. The tartness dies out quickly, and the fruit is nowhere to be found in the end. Good, but not great.

From tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels. Aroma is funky, lots of tart cherries, hint of sweet cherries. Flavour is nicely medium sour, body is medium. Great balance and complexity, truly a delicious Sour Ale!

Аромат не слегка приятен. Ощущается квашенная кислота яблок, немного черешни с оттенок навоза. Вкус кислый, но умеренный. Чувствуется вишневая кислота и косточка черешни, квашенные яблоки. Послевкусие более ягодное, достаточно продолжительное но не резкое. В целом как бы сказал Руслан Гительман- это тема тема.

75cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Rozerode kleur, lichtroze kraag. Hout, kersen, flink zuur, hint van aceton, weinig restsuiker, vrij droog, bitter, fruitig, wel smaakvol en steeds lekkerder naarmate het bier wat opwarmt. Lichte body. Goed.

Dark red colour with r white head.Aroma of rhubarb and raspberry sweets with note of mild acid dry and easy to drink kind a like beer.

Keg at Nuetnigenough, Brussels. Ribena ice lolly in the summer aroma. Lovely deep red colour. Fantastic Lambic ending.

Bottled 750ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Ruby red coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, tartish cherry nose. Tartish cherry, slightly perfumed, mild spicy and slightly sugary with rather dry finish.
