Bottle with Steve, thanks! Sour and cherry nose on lightly hazy pink-red. Just hints of cherry, dry, lingering flavor with nice complexity. No tire fire here!

Bottle from Mail Order sampled at a couple of years old. Lightly hazy deep brick red in color with a bubbly off white head that had to be coaxed. Rich earthy funk and plenty of lemony lactic and a huge helping of sour tart cherries. Lightly gritty mouthfeel but a fine beverage imho.

75cl bottle at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours opaque darkish red, with very fine pink foam. Aroma is vinous, fruity, raspberry. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high sour, with a nice dry final.

Tap at Falkon. Misty purple body, pinkish head. Cherry, quite a bit of funk, tartness. Funk, cherry, tartness in that order in the taste, maybe tartness before cherry, depends. Very nice all in all, another quality De Ranke.

From tap at La Binouze in Paris 01.08.21. Translucent red. Some pink head. Aroma and taste of sour rapsberries and red currants. Over-carbonated. Some almond in aroma and aftertaste. Easily drinkable. Not very complex.

2015. W huj kormowo-piwniczne. Vrzydko w aromacie sie bardzo postarzalo. W uscie lepiej, troszke owocowo, ale jednak to nie ratuje calosci. Kriek de ranke nie sluzy do lezakowania
