Hazy light brown pour with a large off white head. Aroma is loaded with stone fruit and mango, with hints of lychee. Mouth feel is full, carb is effervescent yet still soft. Finish is light bitter with some slight tart brett notes and more stone fruit and tropical hops. The barrel adds a soft earthiness, but it’s subtle, but it seems to take the tart edge off the brett at the same time. Overall a rounder, softer brett ipa because of the barrel.

Clear golden color and a white head. Tropical fruits turns to acidic-citric tartness. Nice hoppy finish.

Bottle from the LCBO (at least a year old). Lightly hazy medium gold under a huge active off white head that lingers and leaves some spotty lace. Nose is Brett funk, earth, green fruit, citrus, leather, light yeast, light bread, and some wood and some resin. Light fruit sweetness and a medium tartness of Brett and lemon peel. Mouth is medium with prickly carbonation and a crisp tart finish. Minimal IPA character but a nice well balanced wild ale. 8/4/7+/4-/15

Oxford tasting
Cloudy blond color with generous head. Nice Brett aroma. Dry and astringent mouthfeel; strong Brett character, too yeasty though.
Not bad, but oo dirty.

Draught @ St Augs. Bretty, nice barrel note, dry, hoppy, nice sweet red wine barrel influence. The elements come together as well in the glass as they do on paper with this one. Excellent.

Bottle from the LCBO. Pours a hazy golden-orange colour with loads of effervesce, a warm frothy cap, very long lasting with patchy foam lacing. Well-blended Brett aromas of wild yeast with some earthiness and light sourness. Fresh citrus nose as well with orange juices and peel. The Brett is also nicely balanced with the IPA citrus notes in the taste. Not too crazy bitter, but with some nice dryness. All-around, very well-brewed Brett IPA.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fruity ester with light funky Brett notes with some floral hoppy undertones. Taste is a really flavorful mix of fruity ester with nice Brett notes with dry undertones with light floral hoppy notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid Brett IPA with plenty of balance and loads of fruity ester.
