tap at the cidery. Pours a clear gold. dry apple, a bit of fruit, Medium bodied, crisp clean. Bright bodied. Tart and tangy into the finish, tastes of apple some sweetness white wine, cheesy.

Bottle - Green Apple. Pale clear green gold. Green apple skin, bitter and tanic with a very dry finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy white gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is apple skin and oak. Thin body, apple, pear, nice tartness, very good.

On Tap at teh cidery in GC clear bright whit with just a hint of pale yellow color. drier than the others offered here. tooth squeaky. LIght apple flavors mild all the way around.

22oz bottle pours out a dish water pinkish topped with a small head. nose is a nice crisp apple some sweetness. Taste is more of the nice apple some honey sweetness and spice.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. A big sweet fruity apple nose. Awesome aroma. The flavor is big sweet apples, woody. Very good.
