Bottle at Asiagos. Pale golden, a few bubbles. Aroma is apples, mild tartness. Taste is sweet apples, light tartness, some wine-like notes. Lingering sweetness.

At the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color. A big woody green apple nose. Fairly dry, some tart elements, sweet apples finish. Very smooth. Good. Huge fresh apple bouquet.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy white gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is apple and pear. Thin body, apple skin, nice tartness, light dry finish, very good.

On tap at Payette, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild apples and medium sweetness. Flavour brings out medium sweetness and green apple skins. Not a whole lot of depth. Solid stuff.

On Tap at the garden city cidery. crystal clear with a touch of pale yellow color. A littel more residual sugars in this one. Good apple flavors and smooth finish.

On tap at alefort pours out a pinkish pale straw color topped with a small head. nose is great nice heavy apple some spice sweetness. Taste is more of the apple a crisp sweetness some spice and a very nice end.
