Draft - Light bready Belgian yeasts. Clear pale gold with a nice white head. Sofitel Belgian yeast, touch of pepper and a light esters finish.

Draft pour to a schooner at Whipsaw. Slightly hazy golden yellow pour with a thin, oily head. Quite a dank hoppy note to this saison, paired with plenty of Belgian character, but a little overpowered. Soft sweet side. Interesting, but odd.
