On Tap at the Brewery/Tapproom Clear deep mahogany color with dense off-white blanket ontop. Bitter woody caramel malt flavors, some hints of rye and plenty of piney hop bitterness. A big beer.

Draft @ BP, back in July. Pours a reddish amber color with about an inch of sandy head. Citrus and piney hops in the nose with a little toasty malt. Relatively sweet in taste, but enough malt breadiness and bitterness to pull it through. Citrus and pine again. Drinks well, but then again I typically like hoppy red ales.

On tap at Albertsons. So far, so good, hitting all the right notes for an Imperial red. Pleasant aroma of equal parts malt and hops. Dark amber pour with creamy beige head. Taste favors the malt, but it is balanced by the hops for a relatively smooth brew.
