Snifter at Taphouse. Dark brown with one finger beige, creamy head. Chocolate aroma, roasty, some coffee. Taste brings more of the dark chocolate, light sweetness. Small bittersweet finish. Smooth, velvety feel.

On tap atbhe brewery/taproom. Dark brown black with a thin tan head and spotty lacing Modest roast aromas. Earthy and smooth. Some notes of licorice and chocolate of campfire at the end. Some rye bite is there as well Clean and strong the ABV presence is well...present

Draft - Chocolate and dark roast. Jet black with a decent small brown head. Dark chocolate, toast and a touch of sweetness.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark amber with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is roast, cocoa, rye. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, light dry finish, good.
