On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong basil, clove, yeast, honey. Medium body, honey, spice, light finish, good.

On tap at brewery. Hazy golden pour, small creamy head, fine rings of lacing coat the glass. Mild herbal aroma, fuller savory/sweet flavor. Almost peppery, but honey smooths it out. Sweet, mildly dry finish.

On tap at the Boise "NanoPub" Cloudy orange with a brief white head. Very light soft grain aroma. Nice honey flavors in an otherwise, light soft malty ale. The Basil comes through is a nice way as well. Some residual sweetness at the end makes this a pleasant easy brew. Wet softly carbonated finish. --- Beer merged from original tick of Buzz'd Honey Basil on 10 Aug 2014 at 14:57 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5.
