Draft - Dark roast with a touch of pine. Jet brown black with a small beige head. Dark boozy chocolate and no really hop notes. Big hit of bitterness in the finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is roasted malt, cocoa, tobacco, pine. Thick body, roast, dark chocolate, oak, bitter dry finish, very good.

On tap at cloud 9 brewing. Pours out dark brown almost black topped with a small tan head. Nose is nice roast malts pine citrus hops and dark chocolate. Taste is more of the nice roast malt a nice hop hit.

On tap at Cloud 9, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small white head. Aroma and flavour are bland as hell, with light roast and restrained hops. Watery and weak palate. Lame.

Smooth yet potent brew. Tons of roast grain goodness, dry and bitter, hints of chocolate. Tasty stuff

On tap at the Boise BP Black with a light brown head. Straight forward roasty aroma. Great blend of dark roast and hoppy bitterness. Very smooth. Surprised at the 9% ABV Probably my favorite of theirs.
