We We named this beer “Fair dig” which is Irish slang for “fair fight.” We started with an Irish base malt then used noble hops and Irish ale yeast to give this beer it’s traditional Irish character. It has a nice caramel-malt sweetness balanced with the dry character of the roasted barley.named this beer “Fair dig” which is Irish slang for “fair fight.” We started with an Irish base malt then used noble hops and Irish ale yeast to give this beer it’s traditional Irish character. Slightly smoother, tastier version of Killian’s. Dark brown/amber body with small beige, creamy head. Sweet malt nose, some molasses, taste brings more sweetness, lots of malt, bread characteristics. Good, but not great....
