On tap at the brewery. Pours a near pitch black dark brown color with a medium tan head. A nice light toast and chocolate nose. Cocoa, toasted malts, light earthy notes, some sweet dark fruit. Very nice porter.

Draft - Dark roast and molasses. Maroon with a small white head. Nice roast and toast with an easy finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is cracker, roast, cocoa. Medium body, smoke, cocoa, cracker malt, dry finish, good.

On tap at brewery. Mild appearance, but big sweet, dark roast grain aroma. Chocolate features in taste, very mild bitterness. Smooth, silky.

Tap @ Garden City brewery. Deep brown color with a smallish tan head. Nose is sweet, light cocoa. Light roast, faint bittersweet. Sweeter cocoa and light roast taste. Not really a robust Porter, sort of in between sweet and roasty.

On tap at barbarian brewing garden city. Pours out brown with a little ruby highlights topped with a tan head. nose is milk chocolate roast malts a nice light coffee touch. Taste is more of the sweet milk chocolate a light roast.
