Flaske hos Petro, delt med ham og Ivan juli-17: mørk, rødlig rav med flott skum som varer. Mørke karameller, knekk, lakris, jordbær i en solid maltkropp. Snev av brent ved. Saftig og avrundet med mild bitterhet. Perfekt som juleøl! 7-4-8-4-16.

Bottle. Misty deep bronze colour with ruby red highlights. Beige creamy rocky head that stays for long. The aroma is formed by rich dark malts and fairly sweet fruit jam. Red currants, plums. Moderately spicy as well. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Medium sweet to medium dry taste. Caramel, toast, toffee, dried fruit, port wine. Hoppy enough on finish. Well balanced. Tasty to say the least.

0,33 l bottle. Pours brown with red hue and big thick lasting tan head. Aroma is rich with malt, some yeast and also some alcohol, toffee and caramel, but also some citruses and dried fruit. Figs and plums. Taste is light sweet with moderate bitterness. Body is surprisingly light with slick texture, average to lively carbonation and long bitter finish.

Bottle from Vrutak. Tasting at Brnja’s place. Thanks! Murky to opaque dark amber, moderate lasting off-white head. Cherry, caramel, candy, toasty, syrup, cake. Very roasty and dry. Medium to full body, very smooth, medium carbonation, lasting dry finish. Very nice, I’m surprised by the balance.

Bottle at Cafe Rose Red, 11th February 17. Pours dark brown, great white head, Aroma is roasted malts, dark fruit, molasses, some smoke. Taste is rich, dark fruit, sugar, slight molasses. Nice stuff
