2023 bottle from the source. Clear golden color. Aroma of vinous tannins. Taste haa light dunk light to moderate tannins light citrus. Very tasty

On tap at Wander, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of woody notes upfront, with the foeders really expressive, followed by saison yeast. Flavour is likewise very woody, with lots of wood, saison yeast and moderate tartness. Nicely woody and moderately acidic. Very good.

Bottle pours out golden Top of the small head. Nose is cheesy funk some light flute notes little Stone fruit the Chardonnay Barrel. Taste is more of the funky cheese sour notes lite stone fruit along with some Barrel notes

Bottle shared at RBSG, my first pour of the week! A golden yellow pour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity up front, some apricot and white wine. A bit of funk. Tastes pretty heavily sour with a little bit of fruity sweetness. Plenty of funk with a modest amount of citrus and oak.

Bottle - Nice funk and cheesy notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Funky cheesy notes with a funky long finish. Very cheesy with just a touch of acidity.

From a bottle. Tbe chardonay barrel aged version Light haze golden. Funky tart peach aromas and a gerlneral dray tart flarlvors, dry and clean but awesome

Bottle. Pours a clear good with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of sour red fruits and a decent amount of funk and light grain supporting. Flavor has sour red fruits that mellow to allow some sweet grains and light funk to come through.

Draft small pour at Wander. Shiny golden color pour with a thin fizz head. Slight apple, oak, and funk aroma. Flavor is pear and apple fruit, citrus and oak linger. Finishes very dry. Pretty good stuff here.
