On tap at La Fine Mousse, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a really nice saison yeast character, gentle funk, and a touch of hay. Flavour is fragrant, with tons of wild yeast, rustic notes, and a little hay. Fantastic yeast expression here, maintaining maximum drinkability. Wonderful.

Bottle at the beerbistro. Hazy caramel pour, with alot of sediment, and a big frothy head. Aroma is very fruity, and yeasty, stone fruit, and pears. Low bitterness, fruity, yeasty finish, a tad too sweet though, lacks crispness and drinkability due to very high carbonation.

Bottle at home. Aroma is soft malt, peppery spicy yeast, grassy hops, floral garden notes, a tad herbal, hay. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Very nice balance between yeast and hops, grassy and green herbal floral with lots of peppery yeasty notes. Good one.

Pours dark golden with the slightest orange hints, quite hazy. Medium to big sized, slightly frothy white head; shows good enough retention and some lacing. A quite brilliant, vivid aroma: very light malty base (crackery, hay), a quite strong grassy, borderline resinous, feel, some earthiness, strong fruitiness (peach, pear most noticeable), minimal spiciness. Overall more or less what you'd expect in a saison nose, with more fruitiness than usual. Taste notes follow the aroma. There's good flavour intensity but the beer is quite confused/messy, with earthiness getting a bit too strong; feels slightly unclean. Medium sweetness, medium to high bitterness, a balanced mouth and a bitter edge in a semi-dry, earthy finish and aftertaste. Overall ok, could be better.

Gulbrun tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter blomster og kokte grønnsaker. Lett. Middels bitter. Smaker blomster, sitrusskall, gress og noe lyst brød. Middels lang.

Bottle at home. Pours a hazy golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma of phenols, grass, white bread, cloves and dry hay. Flavours of grass, grassy hops, dry hay and phenols in the background. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a medium level bitterness. Decent saison with a hoppy touch.
