On tap at the brewery. Pours a light orange copper hue with a medium white head. A bretty funky nose. Husky, sour funky notes, less sour more dry funk, big citrus dry hops. Very solid.

On tap at Great Notion, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is acidic, with oak, medium acidity, and tannins. Flavour is wonderfully tannic, with oak, medium acidity, some vinous notes and wild yeast. Tannic and acidic - lovely stuff.

Draft - Soured pale malts. Clearish gold with al out no head. Some really nice funk and sourness. Funk is really nice and bone dry finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sour tartness lemon zest and some light cheese. Taste is more of the tart lemon pucker and some light funk.
