Een heerlijk fris, zacht fruitig tarwebier van hoge gisting. Een echte dorstlesser bij zomerse temperaturen. Ons bier is ongefilterd en niet gepasteuriseerd.

Pours hazy orange, frothy white head, nonlasting. Sweaty wheaty nose with slight spices, bananas. Quite sweet wheaty start, mrdium spices and very yeasty, also in aftertaste. Not that nice.

Een redelijk lekkere weizen. Zowel van tap gedronken in de brouwerij, als van fles. Kleur is mooi, aroma gaat, smaak prima.

Huge, very dense & fine yellowish head, receding over fairly hazy orange-golden beer. Lots of clove, some fresh herbs, wheat. Serious head hampers perception at first. Warming up, more citrus, orange, and also coriander somehow. Citrus, orange, but again a coriander impression. Wheat obvious, with typical acidity. Bitterish-spice background, despite some sweetish malts. Good balance, but not much fireworks. Enough fusels/esters. Well-carbonated, slick, medium bodied; reasonably refreshing. Certainly not bad in its style, classical maybe a tad "diligent student".

30cl bottle. Pours hazy golden colour with a big white head. Aroma of yeast and riped bananas. Taste is yeasty, riped bananas, rotten fruits, strange!

Bottle. Hazy golden with some orange hue and very big head. Cloves, dough, lots of different spices, some orange and apricot. Nice medium body with almost sticky feel. Maybe a bit too spicy for me, but overall a very decent weizen.

Bottle. Typical german weizen. Yeasty, with notes of wheat and some banana. Not bad, just a bit too much carbo.
