Bottle 33 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a white head. Odd spicy aroma - kinda interestng, but very unusual. Light body, very dry. And now stuff really gets uncanny. Weird yeasty off-flavors, things are getting really chemical and very unpleasant. Very close to a drainpour. 110917

Tasting at SF’s
Cloudy blond color. Strong botanical, vegetable aroma. Mild acidity, no depth, pretty simple.

33cl bottle from a trade with Gnoff, thanks! Pours clear golden with a thick white head. Heavy barnyard aroma, also lots of tartness, rhubarb. Rhubarb and tartness in flavor, floral notes. Finishes off slightly sweet even. I really like the rhubarb here, like eating fresh rhubarb with some sugar on.

Gulbrun farge med lite hvitt skum. Lukter syrlig, gjær. Smaker godt rabarbra. Syrlig avslutning.

Bottle - Funky feet notes. Cloudy yellow gold with a small white head. Soured dirty grains with a touch of funk. Not really my thing.

330ml bottle at Brian’s office. Pours a hazy blonde with weak white head. Aroma is lots of rhubarb with some fruity notes. Same taste. Meh.

330mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma has lots of boiled vegetables, a la fresh raw rhubarb, not a whole lot else. Flavour is along the same lines, with fresh vegetal notes from the rhubarb, raw carrots, and some herbal yeasty notes. Raw, vegetal finish. Probably the most robustly rhubarb-centric beer I've tried. Not really feeling this, but it's far from unpalatable.

Hazy and pale. Lots of rhubarb aroma, which comes across a touch sulphury. The rhubarb is fairly prominent on the palate. It’s evenly balanced with a touch of yeast. Though the rhubarb isn’t strong, it’s the biggest thing going in this beer so you have to like that character.

Bottle from systembolaget. Aroma is rhubarb, mould, yeast. Taste is decent but nothing special, it’s a mix of a rhubarb sour beer and an ordinary farmhouse saison. Personally I would stick to one or the other but it is a reasonable refreshing beer, and a nice difference.

Hazy pale yellow color with a small white head that gives inn to fast. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Ok balance between sweetness and acidity. Nice rhubarb and yeast profile in the flavor. A fine refreshing ale.
