12oz can from New Beer Distributors. Stemless wine glass. Aggressive pour. Hazy, golden straw body. Lasting fizz. Big saline nose. Hard to smell anything else. Faint pear. Stone. Stems. Taste: I think melon rind sourness. Tart pippins. Invigorating acid with low burn. Lingering skin-y tannins. Microbeaded, forceful carbonation that needs work. Easy, but not quite simple. Natural. Super quaffable. Great. Want more from this brand. A little over $3 a can!

On tap at ABGB. Pours a hazy gold with no head. The aroma is apple skin and spice. Medium body, apple, pear, crisp, tart finish, very good.

Sample at Paddy Long’s in Chicago. Clear pale yellow-gold color with a thin white head that burns away steadly to a sparse outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Apple cider and spice aroma. Light-bodied with flavors of apple, cinnamon and a bit of vanilla. The finish is fruity with an apple aftertaste. Decent overall.

From a small bottle shared by DCLawyer at Spacebar, thanks Jason! Mostly clear golden straw yellowish color. Aromas of apple, funk, a little musty-ish note. Tastes of apples, light tart notes, a hint of champagne. Light body with a dry finish. Pretty good.

Bottle. Pours a near clear hazy light gold with a white head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has a nice tart apple note with a bit of dryness underlying. Flavor is similar with a strong bitter/tart apple note and a dry finish.
