Smells of big sweet ginger, has a deep copper body with little head. Flavour is a nice balance between malt and ginger. Full on the mouth. This is a good well constructed beer, the ginger is not too overpowering.

On tap at Red Collar, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of ginger upfront, followed by earthy spicy rye. Flavour is along the same lines, with ginger and spicy rye upfront, with an earthy biscuity malt base. A bit muffled, but not terrible.

Draft - Raw ginger on the nose with some spice. Clearish gold with a small white head. Ginger, touch of spice and a bit of a bite. Decent for what it is.
