On tap at Dageraad, pours a clear colour with barely any hues, and a small white head. Aroma is gentle, with a touch of wild farmhouse character and soft apple skins. Flavour is fairly dry, with some farmhouse notes, crisp apple skins, and a tiny touch of champagne-like effervescence. Simple but has a nice gentle funk that makes it a little more interesting than usual. Solid, but I want much more farmhouse character.

Bottle - Light crisp apple. Clear gold. Dry crisp apple, light green notes and a clean finish. Decent, but nothing too interesting.
