Howling Moon's Rebellion cider is rebellious by nature, but sweet at heart. Made by blending sweet dessert apples from our neighbours' farms, it's a collaborative community cider.
Part of the original Steampunk Series, this medium-body cider boasts crisp, clean apple notes with a touch of sweetness. Exotic flavours of stone fruit, pineapple and guava pair well with chicken, pork and seafood dishes.

Nice light white body and okay foam. Has an earthy apple aroma with some sugar and skin tannins. Flavour is soft apple, modest sweetness, lingering apple flavour. Good carbonation, reasonably decent.

Bottle - Light sulphur and Apple notes. Clear gold. Nice bright Apple and a touch of funk with a dry clean finish. Solid.

Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver
Pale color, hazy. Mild aroma, apple cider, plastic. The mouthfeel is off-dry, apple cider flavor, a bit lemony, nothing special, pleasant drink but no depth.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a clear blonde with no head. Aroma brings out some light funk and crisp dry green apple. Flavour brings out green apples, a little rotting apple core and a touch of funk but not much. Standard stuff, not much complexity. It's alright.
