Smells of sweet honey with some apple. Has a cloudy white body, no head. Flavour is good honey mixed with apple, reasonably balanced. Mouthfeel seems a little awkward with the honey, not helping itself to the usual crispness. Reasonable.

Bottle - Light neutral Apple and some sweetness. Pale gold. Apple and a light sweetness, but honey is very hidden and adds little flavour. Honey does peek out in the finish.

750mL bottle at Orchard & the Sea, pours a cloudy blonde with a few white bubbles as a head. Aroma brings out considerable farmhouse-y notes, with wet wood, but without much notice of the honey - the sugars seem fermented out. Flavour is different and much sweeter, with medium sweetness, though I wouldn't especially notice it was honey, with a touch of wild character. Finishes with medium residual sweetness that is well-balanced. Really nice.
