Sweetly sparkling with a floral aroma, redolent of summer hedgerows, this cider is essential sipping for lazy summer afternoons. The perfect accompaniment to daydreams and cloud gazing.

Has an earthy smell, kind of muddy, dirt actually. Okay fast gone foam's on top of a clear yellow body. Flavour is soft weed, some fragrance, sweet plantiness. Crisp mouthfeel. Seems unbalanced.

Update - Sulphur and some apple peel. Elderflower comes through with some semi sweet notes. - Sulphur and herbal notes. Pale gold. Light Apple, nice elderflower with that touch of sulphur again.

750mL bottle at Orchard & the Sea, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of mustiness, with wet cardboard, and crisp green apple skins. Flavour is very musty, with lots of elderflower, earthy notes, medium sweetness and light acidity. Finishes floral and musty. Not a fan of this.
