Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5

Smells of soft apple skin, good tannins. Has nice pink body with little foam. Flavour is good sweetness but not too powerful, round. Mouthfeel is crisp and good. Nice and balanced.

Bottle - Raspberry and light Apple notes. Clear pale pink. Nice raspberry notes, light Apple and a touch of acidity. Simple, but pleasant. Dry.

Bottle sampled at Fraser Valley Cider, pours a clear rose with a small white head. Aroma brings out subtle raspberries and tart crisp apples. Flavour is crisp and fresh, with raspberries upfront, followed by medium-high dryness and a nice crisp finish. Nice subtle carbonation that brings out the raspberries. Solid.
